This has an animated background with rain falling and the water has a ripple effect. The botttom dock icons can be changed. It’s for 81xx series phones with OS 4.5. Everything else in this theme is the same as the theme I posted in the Random theme thread. Again compliments of the icons and such to the pimpmyberry forums members.
