1. More previous BB connection we use the data cable and backup our contacts on the desktop manager in backup and restore (and select the backup and specify the location we want to save the data.

2. Remove blackberry messenger version 5 in the option – an advanced option – application – then look for blackberry messenger and press menu and delete.

3. Install the rom update, then look for the rom you have a reply and after the download and install. when you finish looking at the xml vendors (local search my computer disc c: then type the vendor) and then delete the vendor xml.

4. Then plug back and into the desktop manager and select application loader and select the software update and check the blackberry messenger and then select the successful next. and blackberry icon will reappear and be in use earlier versions of reply.

5. Restore your data back on the menu backup and restore after that select restore and restore your data in the backup-me earlier.
